Austek Roads is excited to announce an opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Yatala, QLD. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products, including asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials, while meeting both internal and external customer standards.

About the Role:
- Conduct quality control testing on asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the operations & production teams to maintain product integrity
- Adhere to safety procedures

What You'll Bring (Essential):
- Current Driver's Licence
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Ability to work night shift as required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications & Experience (Not essential but highly regarded):
- Experience in asphalt, raw material, or CMT testing
- Knowledge of the road asphalt industry
- Certificate III or IV in Laboratory Techniques
- Understanding of NATA standards
